Shipping & Returns

At Growing Love Ultrasound Studio, we want you to love the keepsakes and products you purchase to celebrate your growing family. Because some of our items are personalized or created specifically for you, return eligibility varies by product.

 

Shipping

Orders are processed as quickly as possible. Processing times may vary depending on the item, particularly for personalized or custom-made products.

Once an order has shipped, delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier and may vary based on destination, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside of our control.

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order. Growing Love Ultrasound Studio is not responsible for delays or packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

 

Returns

We accept returns on eligible merchandise within 30 days of purchase or delivery.

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

• Unused and unworn

• Unwashed

• In its original condition

• In its original packaging, when applicable

• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Examples of merchandise that may qualify for return include T-shirts, hats, purses, unopened fetal Dopplers, and other non-personalized retail merchandise.

Items that show signs of use, wear, washing, damage after purchase, or missing parts or packaging may not be eligible for a return.

 

Personalized & Custom Items

Because personalized products are created specifically for you, all personalized and custom-made items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Heartbeat jewelry

• Jewelry or keepsakes containing your baby's heartbeat

• Personalized merchandise

• Custom-printed or custom-designed products

• Any item specifically created or altered for an individual customer

Please carefully review all personalization information before placing your order.

 

Fetal Dopplers

For health and hygiene reasons, fetal Dopplers may only be returned if they are unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.

Once a Doppler has been opened or used, it is considered final sale unless the product is defective.

If you receive a Doppler that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it.

 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order information and photos of the item when possible. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost to you.

 

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original form of payment.

Please allow several business days for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund after it has been issued.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns.

If the return is the result of an error by Growing Love Ultrasound Studio, or you received an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, we will cover the applicable return or replacement shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning merchandise. Growing Love Ultrasound Studio is not responsible for returned packages that are lost in transit.

 

Sale & Clearance Items

Items marked Final Sale, including clearance merchandise, are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

 

In-Studio Purchases

Eligible merchandise purchased directly at Growing Love Ultrasound Studio may also be returned within 30 days of purchase with proof of purchase, provided the item meets the return requirements above.

Personalized items, custom items, opened Dopplers, and items otherwise marked Final Sale remain non-returnable.
